7. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our research-grade products and strict quality control requirements, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any orders. Once an order has been placed and payment processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
8. Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped within 7-14 business days. Products are shipped with appropriate cold-chain packaging to maintain product integrity. Free shipping is available on domestic orders over $500. Standard shipping fee is $25 for domestic orders under $500 and $45 for international orders. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or weather conditions.
