Cold Chain Shipping
All retatrutide products are shipped with temperature-controlled packaging to maintain product integrity. Our cold-chain shipping process includes insulated packaging with gel ice packs, temperature monitoring indicators on all shipments, overnight or 2-day shipping for temperature-sensitive orders, and specialized containers designed to maintain 2-8°C during transit. During extreme weather conditions, we may hold shipments to prevent exposure to temperatures that could compromise product quality.
International Shipping
We ship to research institutions worldwide. International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees that may apply. We include all required shipping documentation with international shipments. Some countries may have restrictions on importing research peptides. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify that the import of research chemicals is permitted in their jurisdiction.

Refund & Return Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our research-grade products and strict quality control requirements, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any orders. Once an order has been placed and payment processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at [email protected]. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.
